We own and will continue to own all of our services. Ross Paper Company LLC provides wedding stationery services. We grant to the customer our time and art to create wedding stationery, but solely as necessary to use the services as laid out in our contract. All of our rights not expressly laid out in the contract are hereby retained.

Refund policy — Customers can receive a refund if what they received is non-custom and if the return attempt is made within 30 days.

Delivery policy — Goods are shipped via USPS and UPS either from our printer directly or from our stock.

Return policy – Customers can make a return if what they received is non-custom and if the return attempt is made within 30 days.

Cancellation policy — Customers can make a cancellation if they email us directly within 24 hours of purchasing.
